Friends and family, I would like to share with you “Behind the Box Cake”, my new cake making video blog that has been a long time in the works and i could NOT HAVE DONE IT without my very dear and very talented friend Miss Erica Johnson. She is so gracious and kind that she has been helping me so much with this project that she has not updated her own blog in a while so don’t judge 
From now on, i will video document my cake-baking adventures and this is the very first episode!
